Under his leadership over more then a decade experiences in Accounting , Filter has developed into an AI-powered, next-generation platform designed to help businesses manage their financial, compliance, and operational requirements from a single solution. Anand Bhandari

Anand has been Filter's Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer & Operation since joining the company alongside Milesh and James. With over a decade of experience in software engineering, AI, and fintech, he focuses on developing scalable solutions that connect people, businesses, and payments. Filter is an AI-powered, next-generation all-in-one platform that delivers seamless connectivity
across three integrations, providing complete compliance support. The platform includes a
comprehensive CRM suite. Over 16 years of software engineering experience across finance, Banking PayRail, data warehousing, and social app development, He has worked with LinkedIn, Endless Domain, PIQ Suite, 20 Trusted Social App, Nulink.uk ( Digital Payment system) on pipeline and Many other applications. His vision for Filter is centered on shaping the future of Tax and Accounting.
James Murray
Co-founder & CMO
James is the Co-Founder and CMO of Filter, which he established alongside Anand and Milesh. With over 20 years of experience in the UK banking sector, he has built deep expertise across a range of financial institutions, including more than a decade working in global financial transactions.
Following a long career in international forex markets and money exchange—where he also leveraged AI-driven technologies—James shifted his focus toward building an all-in-one super finance application. He has also contributed to the development of several other tech startups.
His work is driven by a practical, innovation-focused approach aimed at simplifying everyday financial management, tax, and accounting processes for UK businesses through a trusted, comprehensive digital solution.
